I have been asked for a long time now to start a program for the real little ones, and the time has come where I am going to do that.
The new classes, "Micro Monkeys" will be for 4 - 5 year olds, and I am looking forward to helping the kids learn functional martial arts in a fun, safe and caring environment.
We offer the most beginner friendly classes in the Niagara Region, and we pride ourselves on the people we attract to our gym. Our "Growing Gorillas Kids Martial Arts and Life Skills" Program helps build kids confidence and self esteem in a fun, safe, and caring environment, and all our classes offer age appropriate instruction.
Coach Rich is a very rare combination of passion, knowledge, and skill. He is also amazingly patient and builds genuine rapport with his students. SBG Niagara is an amazing place for young children (and just about anyone else!) to learn what it means to be a true martial artist.

The key points of our "Micro Monkeys" Program are:
- Early introduction into the martial arts and a positive learning environment.
- Individualized attention ensures each child develops overall body strength, confidence, balance, coordination and increased self-esteem.
- S.A.F.E. Bully Proofing System© will teach the children 'street smarts' in ways they can understand, so they learn to be aware and stay safe during everyday activities.
- Classes are fun and high energized, disciplined, yet friendly, and full of positive reinforcement for the children.
I am in the process of taking applications for our new "Micro Monkeys" Program. Something that sets us apart from others is the focus on quality, not quantity. I only accept 10 kids into the Program to ensure each child gets the personal attention they deserve.
