Ever since my son has joined this gym, his confidence has improved as well as his discipline. We have tried other gyms, but he was very reluctant to attend until he did the trial here and loved it!

I love the lessons he takes the time to teach them, it is so meaningful and it is great for them to hear this information from someone besides their parents.

That’s completely okay! Most of our students start with no martial arts experience. Our coaches take extra care to help new and nervous kids feel comfortable, included, and successful from their very first class.
Yes. Classes are designed specifically for their age and experience level, with close coaching, clear rules, and controlled activities. We focus on helping kids learn safely while building coordination, confidence, and body awareness.
No. We teach kids that martial arts comes with responsibility. Our Growing Gorillas program emphasizes respect, self-control, kindness, and making good choices—not fighting or showing off.
That’s perfectly normal at this age. Martial arts gives kids regular opportunities to practise listening, following instructions, taking turns, and staying focused while having fun and being active.
The best way is to come experience a class! Your child doesn’t need to be athletic, coordinated, confident, or experienced to begin. They just need to show up and give it a try.
