FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Will you teach my child to fight back against bullies?

Our first goal is always to help kids avoid and de-escalate physical conflict whenever possible. SAFE teaches confidence, awareness, communication, boundaries, and practical skills so children have options when faced with bullying—not simply “fight back.”

What will my child learn in the SAFE Bully Proofing program?

Kids learn how to recognize bullying, communicate confidently, set boundaries, seek help, and make good decisions under pressure. We also teach age-appropriate physical skills for situations where avoiding or escaping a confrontation isn’t possible.

Can this program help my child become more confident?

That’s one of our biggest goals. Kids develop confidence by learning practical skills, practising how to respond to difficult situations, and discovering that they’re more capable than they realized. We want them to walk taller without becoming aggressive.

What if my child is already being bullied?

SAFE can give your child additional tools for handling difficult situations, but bullying should never be something a child has to manage alone. We encourage parents, teachers, and other trusted adults to stay involved while we help build your child’s confidence and skills.

Is SAFE only for kids who are currently being bullied?

Not at all. Bully proofing is about preparing kids before they need these skills. SAFE helps children develop confidence, awareness, communication, boundaries, and problem-solving skills they can use at school, online, with friends, and throughout everyday life.

We help adults, teens, and kids build confidence, fitness, and real skills in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment.
