Our Kickboxing classes in St. Catharines combine striking fundamentals, conditioning, and practical self-defence in a high-energy and supportive training environment. At Straight Blast Gym Niagara, students learn proper punching and kicking techniques while building strength, endurance, and confidence.
Whether you're brand new to martial arts or looking for a challenging workout, kickboxing is one of the most effective ways to improve fitness and relieve stress. Classes are beginner-friendly, coach-led, and designed to help students progress safely while having fun. Many of our members come from St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Thorold, Welland, and throughout the Niagara Region to train together as part of our supportive martial arts community.

Whether you’ve never thrown a punch before or you’re looking to sharpen your technique, our structured classes help you build confidence, coordination, and conditioning step by step. Kickboxing training develops powerful striking, footwork, and defensive skills while giving you an incredible full- body workout. You’ll improve your strength, endurance, and mental focus while learning practical skills you can carry with you both inside and outside the gym.
