Our Adult and Teen Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes in St. Catharines are designed for beginners and experienced students alike. Not at all. Most people who walk through our doors have never trained before. You don’t need to get in shape first, know what you’re doing, or “tough it out.” Just show up — we’ll guide you from day one.

You’ll fit right in. A lot of our members felt the exact same way before their first class. We meet you where you are, move at a smart pace, and help you build confidence step by step.
